Hi, my name is Don Beck,
I am writing to tell you part of my story.
I
worked for (AT&T California) Pacific Bell Telephone for almost 10
years and was discriminated against. I am fighting for my rights and
rights of other workers at that company and generally all workers. I
need your help!
My story is below:
I was working as a
computer technician. I connected customers computers to the internet
through DSL (dgital subscriber line). I was injured on the job by a
teenager with no license and no insurance. I went back to work in 2008
and there was a new manager who wanted me to climb telephone poles using
a 28foot ladder. In the past before the injury I was accommodated and
not required to do that work. The new manager used falsified documents
and records at the company to get me terminated from my position. There
are other technicians in the same job classification past and present
which do not have to do that work and they either retired after I was
terminated or they are still working with the company.
The manager
was climbing the corporate ladder and I got in his way. The company
profit after expenses is ONE BILLION dollars a month. I was able until
the new manager came to return work to the pool if the telephone pole
needed climbing and others did the work. Others are still doing the
same. I have a law suit started against the company and I need help
with the projected costs of getting the case to trial. The attorneys
will get paid when I win but there are costs for experts, depositions,
filing fees, etc., projected to be about $25,000.00.

a check or I can open a paypal account for credit cards loan or
donations. They take a small portion of the amount to process the money
but that way your private information is handled by them.

I've
asked friends and family but not many have money to spare, so I put
this appeal out to see if anyone can help. What AT&T California did
was terribly wrong and I've been out of work for a long time so I need
help getting to the trial so I can win and correct the injustice that
was done to me.
